Everything that's brought you to this space - every Sunday session, every hard rep, every time someone here pushed you further than you'd have gone alone - that's not disappearing. We’re just stepping into our next phase.

To a lot of you, this will always be The Studio, and honestly, we hope it stays that way. Some names don't need replacing… and this isn't a rebrand you're being sold. It's the version of this place we've been building since the day you walked through the door and you're one of the first to see it.

Your training space is still built around strength, sweat, and the people who show up beside you. What's evolving is the brand we belong to: whether you're juggling everything at once, or standing at the edge of a whole new phase, this was designed with our members in mind.
